It’s creamy texture makes it ideal as a full body lotion or heavy face cream, to make it more indulgent add a few drop of your favorite essential oils before applying.

Raw honey has antibacterial benefits that can help to reduce acne, inflammation, brighten skin, and lock in moisture. For a brightening and moisturizing mask combine one tablespoon of raw honey with one drop of lemon essential oil, let it sit of face for 15 minutes before washing it away with warm water.

Sea salt is a natural antibacterial that can help to manage acne and other skin conditions caused by bacteria, the coarseness makes it ideal as a full body scrub. Combine one quarter cup of sea salt, with one quarter cup of aloe vera gel, and one quarter cup of coconut oil, with 2-3 drop of your favorite essential oil to form a thick paste to rub all over the body in the shower. One half cup of sea salts can be added to an Epsom salt bath for an extra dose of minerals and skin softening benefits.

Lemon is rich in vitamin C which is a potent antioxidant that fights aging and DNA damage. One teaspoon of fresh lemon juice combined with one tablespoon of raw honey makes a nice face mask that can be applied for 15 minutes before washing it away with warm water. Lemon rubbed onto the nails can help to whiten them; and one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice or two drops of lemon essential oils can be added to a body scrub for added benefits.

Coconut cream is a luxurious hair and body moisturizer, coconut cream is not the same as coconut oil, coconut cream is thick and creamy and results from simmering coconut flesh in water. Combine one half cup of coconut cream with two teaspoons of raw honey and one quarter cup of coconut milk; apply liberally to the ends of damp hair and let sit for 10 minutes before rinsing away.
