EU Mental Health Decline Due To Mercury Poisoning: Chemist

The European Union is tackling the problem of declining mental health and has issued a Green Paper in October last year, asking for input and comments on how to best prevent and treat mental problems.

In response to this invitation, Poul Moeller, a retired chemist who lives in Denmark, suggests that an increase in mental problems is caused by a toxic metal that has been routinely used in tooth fillings and is now present in the teeth of most Europeans. We have fillings holding an average of 5 grams of mercury in our mouths. The metal in close proximity to the brain and there is a documented, constant release of toxic heavy metal ions every time we chew, enjoy hot drinks or soups, brush, clean or polish our teeth.

Mercury, which is also present in some vaccines, attacks the myelin sheath and degrades nerve tissues. It kills brain neurons as shown in this video. The relation of mercury-containing vaccines to a frightening increase in the rate of autism has been contested by health authorities, but has recently been confirmed by new statistical data. The rate of new cases of autism has shown a decrease after the removal of thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative from many vaccines in recent years.

While thimerosal was recognized as toxic and is gradually being removed from vaccines – flu shots still contain the poison – dental amalgams remain routinely in use. There are few forward looking dentists – here is an example – who have developed protocols for safely removing the metal fillings and substituting non-toxic ceramic inlays or composite fillings.

Mental problems that are – according to Moeller and others – caused by mercury poisoning include senile dementia, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia and epilepsy. There are also a raft of other diseases that may be promoted by poisoning with this toxic heavy metal such as allergies, asthma, psoriasis, rheumatism, atherosclerosis, osteoporosis and some cancers.

A relatively simple remedy is proposed by Moeller – eliminate the poisonous metal from medical use and from the environment, and provide a generous supply of antioxidant substances that will aid in de-toxification of those affected. Moeller also remarks that the recently passed European directive on food supplements is very much counter-productive in that it proposes to limit the availability of the very substances that are vital for de-toxification.
