Cinnamon has anti-aging properties, boosts immunity, helps blood sugar levels, and boost overall health in general. Olive oil is a powerful anti-inflammatory as well as being a source of Vitamin E, high levels of cancer fighting properties, and healthy monounsaturated fats. Honey is known to have anti-inflammatory, heart healthy, and anti-aging beneficial properties. Dark chocolate is a source of anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and immune boosting properties, as well as being tasty which may be why it has been in the diet of several such longevity warriors.
