Lifestyle May Influence Impotence

From a study of 2,000 men, researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health in Boston find that too little exercise, a large waistline, too little alcohol and too much alcohol all increased the risk of impotence. Sedentary lifestyles cause buildup in blood vessels that may decrease blood flow necessary to achieve and maintain erections. In particular, the Harvard team suspects high cholesterol, which chokes off blood flow, to be a major offender to sexual vitality.
