GENERAL DESCRIPTION:


Thymic proteins are produced by the thymus
gland, which plays an important role in the immune system. They program T-lymphocytes. T-4
(helper) cells. central to the functioning of the immune
system, are activated by a certain thymic protein. Thymic
protein has been reported to strengthen the immune system, fight viral
infections
, and stimulate the bone
marrow to produce more white and red
blood cells.


ROLE FOR ANTI-AGING:


Thymic protein’s anti-aging benefits may include an increase in total white blood cell count,
increased T-4 and T-8 levels, increase in total red blood
cells, and an increased potential lifespan.


THERAPEUTIC DAILY AMOUNT:


The standard dosage for healthy people is
2mg per day.

SIDE EFFECTS/CONTRAINDICATIONS:


Thymic protein should be avoided in patients
taking large doses of steroid hormones.
